An interactive Diploma course providing an in-depth study of Bright coaching and how it impacts leadership through discussion, group exercises, self-study and live coaching practice.
Designed in line with The Association for Coaching Accreditation Scheme, this course provides sufficient training hours for coaches wishing to pursue Professional or Master Coach Accreditation with the AC.
Along with learning coaching and leadership skills the course also encourages self-reflection and personal development.

Participants must have previously completed the Coaching Leader or Coaching Fundamentals workshop.
84 hours of classroom sessions, 70 hours self-study, 44 hours of live coaching practice, two written assignments (1500 words each) and supervision sessions.
£2500 (+VAT) per person.
This can be paid in full or as 12 monthly instalments of £250 (inc VAT)
